Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@rashki.com within the 30-day window.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item(s).

Refunds (for returns): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, we will deduct a $15 restocking fee, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue, for your next purchase. Please note that restocking charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you're exchanging an item, once your original item is received and inspected, your new item will be shipped out to you. We will deduct $15 for exchange. If there's a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for the additional amount and guide you to make the payment. In cases we owe you any amount we will provide it as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue, for your next purchase. (The probability of this event is very low as most products in the store are at very similar prices)
